During these difficult times of Coronavirus and Black Lives Matter uprisings, with normal being normal no longer, keeping myself on an even keel has been difficult at times. Walking out, almost like mediating, has been a welcome self-care practice. Searching for purple, and definitely a zine to follow, has been a means of paying attention and being present in the moment. Until now, I’ve never really had an appreciation for the colour purple in nature. But once I’ve started to look, I see it everywhere. My senses have been heightened to this majestic colour. My heart rejoices when I find a patch of purple when out there. I can feel another episode in the personal stories series for The Earth Sea Love Podcast coming on.
