Let’s explore our connection and relationship with nature and ourselves together.
We’ll create a cozy space for you to decide and declare what you want for yourself now or whenever you choose.
We’ll support you in taking the time to nourish your soul and celebrate all that you are.
Creating in a community where you’re seen as competent and whole, gives you permission to explore your creativity.
Visual journaling is a creative way to express and record your thoughts, feelings, wisdom and reactions through the use of words and imagery.
It allows you to take the time to listen and observe your inner and outer worlds without judgement, only noticing.
It’s a simple but powerful practice.
And with this special offering Sheree and Olwen will be creating a safe space for women, feminine and non-binary people who are Black, Indigenous or a Person of Colour to explore this practice in safe and fun ways. Taking inspiration from our connection with nature and each other.
